LeadSites offers paid subscription plans.

All fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan and billing period.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe).

Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel anytime via your account billing portal; access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service, unused time, or plan downgrades.

Use of the Services

You agree to use LeadSites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not:

Copy, resell, or distribute our Services without authorization.

Use LeadSites to send spam, perform illegal activities, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to access data or systems without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect misuse or abuse.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and materials on LeadSites are owned or licensed by us.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Services, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Services.

“LeadSites” and associated logos are trademarks of LeadSites.com and may not be used without prior written consent.

We are not responsible for any third-party products or their terms of use.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your billing portal.

Upon termination:

We may delete your data after 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.
